COMPUTER AND CYBER CRIMES

The Act has been amended a number of times since to bolster anti-terrorist laws and identity theft prosecutions, as well as to criminalize additional computer-related acts. Additional provisions addressed the distribution of malicious code, denial of service and trafficking in passwords.
