WIRE FRAUD
Wire or mail fraud:
Any fraudulent scheme to intentionally deprive another of property or services via mail or wire communication. It has been a federal offense since 1872.
Because of its expansive definition and the fact that nearly any fraud offense has some connection to mail and wire communications, wire fraud prosecutions are often a favorite prosecution tool of the United States government.
Bradley M. Collins, P.A. has been defending Wire Fraud and other federal and state offenses aggressively and successfully for more than three decades.
