RECKLESS DRIVING

Any person who drives a vehicle in willful or wanton disregard for safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving.
It is a misdemeanor in Florida, punishable by up to 90 days in jail with penalties increasing for subsequent convictions or damage to property.
Reckless Driving may also be charged as a felony if serious bodily injury is involved.
